Terms of service

Effective September 22, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and Axial Motion (“we”, “us”) for axialmotion.com and for the studio’s products. Stripe charges for Olyve usage are received by Axial Motion. By using a Service or paying us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Paid use of Olyve is also governed by getolyve.com/terms. Those product terms control for Olyve billing, refunds, and accounts.

What we sell

Axial Motion operates Olyve, a digital operations app for service businesses. Charges for Olyve usage are in United States dollars (USD) and are shown before you pay. Delivery is online. Customer billing details are on getolyve.com/billing.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Olyve is for business use, not as a consumer social app.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as a subscription or a one-time fee, as shown at checkout. Web payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. App Store and Google Play purchases are also governed by Apple’s or Google’s terms.

If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. Taxes may be added where the law requires it.

Refunds and cancellation

Your data

You own the business records you enter. You grant Axial Motion a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the Services. You are responsible for having the right to store information about your own customers. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Break the law or store data you have no right to store.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Services.
• Share a login in a way that lets an unauthorized person use it.
• Use the Services to spam or harass people.
• Resell access except as a feature we explicitly offer.

Legal and export restrictions

You may not use the Services if you are in a country or on a list where United States law prohibits us from providing them. You may not use the Services for any activity that is illegal where you operate.

App stores

If you download an app from Apple or Google, that store’s rules also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the Services. Support is provided by Axial Motion.

Disclaimer

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Axial Motion is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim relating to a Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for that Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars. Some places do not allow these limits; they apply only as far as the law allows.

Termination

You may stop using a Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or creates risk for other users. After deletion, sections that should survive — including this limitation of liability — continue to apply.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date on this page. If a change is material, we will try to notify you by email or in the product.
