Refunds and cancellation
Effective September 22, 2026.
Axial Motion receives Stripe charges for Olyve usage. The full refund, return, and cancellation policy for those charges is on the product site: getolyve.com/refunds.
In short:
- Olyve is digital software. There is no physical return.
- Stripe and web charges may be refunded within 14 days if the product has not been used in a substantial way.
- You may cancel a subscription at any time. Access continues through the period already paid.
- App Store and Google Play refunds and cancellations go through Apple or Google.
